How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Your Blog Title (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

I ordered the parrot 22 inches, density 180. I spent a lot of time shelling reviews to buy a wig of quality and that was part of my budget. My choice was finally focused on this one. The order was placed on November 11 and the delivery was scheduled for November 19 but I received it a day earlier. The store really communicates a lot, which I greatly appreciated. I love the wig and the quality of the hair, I also enjoyed the small gifts. I can't wait to wear it neatly and maybe show you the result and what it gives with time. Do not hesitate :)

I absolutely loveeee this wig!! Shipping was phenomenal!! I ordered my wig on 1/11/2021 and I got it 1/14/2021. It took 3 days!! Omg. The wig is so soft and you can run your hands right through it. Has the typical wig smell but nothing out of the ordinary. I’m 5”10 and the 24in comes past my chest. The wig is ready to go and it come with a band sewn in already. I highly recommend it. Will be ordering from here again!

When I tell y’all this is the best wig I’ve ordered it’s true to the length and density and it came with a elastic band if I choose not to glue it down and the curls omg I love it and will be ordering again

My goodness not only did my purchase come with in a week, it came a bit in anticipation. They also included little gifts (wig clips, edge brush, stocking) all in a very well maid pouch. You really get a nice product. I will be ordering again. Not only was shipping fast. I love the clear and direct communication. Something, I've been missing from other interactions lately. Very accurate the hair is super soft and long
Hair is gorgeousss high quality and true to length curls are very soft and there’s minimal shedding shipping took a week to the UK and comes with edges brush scarf wig caps and hair pins which is such a bonus!! Only thing is some white/good strands in the back of wig but I just plucked them out and the lace was different to what I was expecting but it’s not anything major. Comes with an elastic band already so it’s perfect for glueless. Can’t wait to install!!
my only problem was the wig smelled very bad.
I received the hair in less than a week. The hair came packaged nicely. Everything seems to be in good condition. They also sent some really cute gifts. The hair is soft and I didn't get a lot of shedding. The store kept in contact with me the entire time and they were very friendly! Very happy so far!

This was my first wig, i was unsure at first but i grew to love it. Very soft doesnt smell overall amazing. Also was abit hard to cover the tracks at the back of the parting but other than that its amazing, also great service and fast delivery.
