How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Perfect product, this was already my second order!
Extremely satisfied, very high quality product. Recommended to have not very fine (powder like) coffee ground. You can block the water flow if you have the coffee ground very small. Make 5gr of coffee with 25gr of water for most espresso like results. Try medium tampering for best brewing, if you experiment you can get really close to good espresso. I had much better shots than Nespresso original capsules. Don't over brew, just 25ml water is fine.

I 've been using it for a week and it works really well. While it is true that 100 cremosity is not achieved as the original capsules, a rich coffee comes out.
A lot of waste of time, if you don't press the coffee well, it goes bad. I used it 2 times and end
the quality is excelent, but it does not suit for me, the amount (grams) of coffee can be poured - is too weak for me.

Great capsules. I 've tried them on 2 different machines in the older one works better, the other machine (pixie) may have less power and the coffee comes out looser

I am very happy with the purchase, the price was a little bit high, but quality is excellent. It is compatible with my INISSIA machine (not compatible with all nespresso machines, you should check compatibility before buying!!!). Regarding usage, I tested for 3 coffes only, just works, is a pleasure to use with new ritual. I do not know if will last or if it will not break my machine, but for sure it adds flexibility to my Nespresso machine. If sometimes you get bored with nespresso capsules, you can try a different blend and experiment. The coffee itself is good, but it's more like a "filter cofee" - is not able to push the same amount of pressure and implicitly cream as a true nespresso capsule. But at least you know what coffee you are pouring in. The dosing ring is also important, because it helps dosing and pressing without the mess. Overall me and my wife like it. Thank you. Keep up the good work!
