1 Don’t operate the files in the USB flash directly. It would better first copy the files to computer to
operate and then copy back to USB flash after operation.
2 To extend USB flash’s life span, it would better to plug the USB flash drive down after operation asap.
3 Before removing the USB, please delete the symbol on the bottom right of the PC screen to avoid missing
files in the dish.
4 Please do not format the USB frequently for it may damage the USB flash.
1 Shipping address: We will ship according to the default address you give and please make sure the
address is correct. Please kindly note there will be extra shipping cost if the address is remote one. All
the goods, including free shipping, does not include the remote delivery cost.

5 When receive the goods, please check whether the package is broken and the goods is OK. If there is
broken caused by shipment, please take photo and ask the courier to sign. We will help to ask
compensation for you.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
