Q:What’s the default ip address of the camera ?

F: 192.168.1.10 Username : admin Password : null ( empty ) !

Q: Does the camera supports Motion Detect,FTP,Email alarm, RTSP and so on ?

F: Yes ! All the IP Cameras we are selling supports these functions .

1) Please Setup the motion detection in the CMS software .

2) We suggest the Sever-U and FileZilla FTP Server to upload the video or image.

3) For the Email alarm,please use Email server which supports SMTP ( Hotmail ,Yahoo not support SMTP ,try Gmail please ) .

F: What’re the ports information of the cameras ?

F:Does the camera support IE ,Chrome ,Firefox and so on ?

Q: Since the plug-in problem ,for website interface IP address URL,ONLY IE supports Multi Language . Chrome,Safari just support Chinese .

For cloud server XMEYE.NET ,it supports multi language

Q:When I finish the steps to add the camera to the CMS list,why it notify “ Can’t find the Device “ even I can see the default ip address 192.168.1.10 in the menu .

F: It is the IP Address conflict ,the default ip address is not in the same network segment as your router.

Please click “Edit Device “ to change the camera’s ip address to make them in the same network segment !

For example ,if your router’s ip address is 192.168.0.1 ,then you need to change the camera’s ip address to 192.168.0.XX .

Item Display on CMS Client

If you do not know how to use the CMS Client to contact the Camera,please leave the email in the order to ask seller send the manual to email.

Please make sure your router gateway is the same as this camera “1”, after contact success,you can change to another gateway and ip address as you need.

Item Display on Local Internet

If you need contact by Local internet, we recommend you can contact the camera to the CMS Client first,

after contact CMS, Local control will be easy.

After you contact the local internet success, you can use other PC anywhere to control the camera,

Just use the camera Serial Number.

How to contact to the APP?

1: Download the APP from the APP store. Contact the camera to Router or the swich by RJ45 Cable.

2: You can use the local visit to search the camera address, it will show the camera serial number of the name.

How about the delivery and how to do if the item not arrive on time ?
1: Most of the parcel will arrive in 20-60 days, the Brazil will need 30-90 days arrive. Other remote country even need more days.
If you order the item, please make sure that in 60 days do not make any dispute to say item still on the road. You can contact us online and we will reply you where is the item and what is the problem with the shipping. Brazil need wait 90 days.
