How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Your Blog Title (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of www.dollar-shop.net
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I looove this wig it can almost pass for a human hair wig!!! Minimum shedding just keep a paddle brush on you and you will be good!
This wig is great! The hairline is so easy to work with and realistic! I experienced minimum shedding and very minimum tangling, easy to brush through without getting snags... Buy this wig and slay hunny
love this wig! i personally would’ve preferred the part to be more on the side, just for my own preference, and how it’s made doesn’t really let you change that, but otherwise it’s gorgeous and have gotten so many compliments! this is the first wig i’ve ever gotten but will definitely be getting more now.

So when I first opened the bag I noticed the color of the lace and wig cap were my exact skin tone so that was awesome. Never seen that before, most of mine are yellowish. I plucked the hairline a bit, I’ll probably do more later but it was already laying really nice either way I parted it so I didn’t want to do too much. Also!!! I cut the front of the hair and face framed it a lot. Also cut about 4 inches off the length so it wouldn’t tangle so easily and looked more realistic.
Great for the price! Only had about an hour to work with it/style it but still turned out beautifully! It’s very thick and long.which was super convenient.

The order was lost, the store honestly wrote about it. I asked if it was possible to return the money and the seller agreed. The day was immediately listed. Communication with the seller is very satisfied. About the wig I can not say anything, because. He didn't get to me.
needs some work when you first get it, but once work is done! very cute 10/10 does she’s but it’s manageable.
After cutting the lace to fit it worked out really well for my Kim Possible cosplay. It's a tad corse but after few brush throughs it felt more natural. It's good quality for the price.

This wig is a beautiful lace front synthetic wig! I attached a picture of the wig as is with the lace cut off and after I styled it. Gave it a thicker part, baby hairs and framed my face! I think it’s an amazing wig for all your cosplay dreams! Also I have a big head and it fits perfectly!
I love this wig only thing is I had to cut a little bit because it was too thick but very beautiful that tons of compliments would buy again

Let me start by saying I have a massive amount of dark hair and have never wore a lace front wig in my life. This wig is so much fun. It was easy for me to fit my hair under the caps that came with the wig. The quality of the hair is great, lays very nice on its own or after being brushed.
This is a fantastic wig for the money. I’ve never owned a lace front wig and I found it fairly easy to work with. It was beautifully packed and pristine when it came and looked fabulous with my Jessica Rabbit costume. I even had a couple people ask me if it was my real hair.
I absolutely love this wig! It is so soft and the lace looks great! I would definitely buy again.

Amazing unit, my husband usually dislikes my synthetic wigs but he grabbed a handful of this hair and was like, “ Wow ! This doesn’t feel like that other sh*t ! Is it real ? “ It’s crazy how soft this wig is and it’s a nice full unit without being over the top. I typically wear my wigs behind my hairline but decided to try creating baby hairs and glue this wig down and for my first time I’m extremely happy with my purchase . I will be ordering again very soon.

I cant take pictures very well hahaha The wig got to me very fast , it looks beautiful. It also came with lashes and a wig cap.
When i first got the wig, i thinned it out. Cut the ends and plucked the lace. By doing this, the hair tangled less and looked more natural. I love the way it looks and have received many compliments

I love how it feels. Doesn’t tangle easy, very soft. I like that there’s a comb in the front with it. Color is what I expected. Overall very worth the money!!
