How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

This is the best synthetic wig I’ve ordered I am so happy !!! It’s really great quality, it doesn’t tangle and the cut/color are perfect. It’s a medium blonde with light blonde ends and light brown roots. The wig is so resistant, you can wear it outside for an entire day. The only thing is that you can’t bleach the knots so you will have to put concealer on top and underneath the lace to hide them. I am so satisfied for the price and quality

Extremely beautiful wig! Lightweight, flowy and looks as if you just professionally dyed and styled your hair at a salon. Has baby hairs and depth of color. Came with a cap and glue strips. It is lighter at the ends, you can't really see it on camera.

Being at primissime weapons with a wig cercavo something very economical to begin to understand what they were my needs and to understand how bisognasse treat a wig. Are remained very affected. The quality definitely reflects the price but I cannot at all lamentarmi for extremely natural effect and practicality. Few are negative including bleached notes quite dark and so on in front of you note slightly hanging if you do it carefully, the hair being synthetic you knotting easily with the rubbing, the heaviness and in my case a overly large. I have been to a hair salon to make it shorten and fix the arrival cutting but is also usable as is (to me came after a month and a half wait). If you are looking for something to change the highly recommend, for those who like me didn't hair is not very comfortable wearing every day but i gave stars plus why for the one that costs makes its effect.

It's beautiful, it looks like my hair. It came to Me, I cut off the lace and I put it on, it comes with a beanie and some stickers. The touch of the hair is fine and soft. No one, nor have my closest relatives realized I was wearing a wig, thought it was my hair. It's arrived in 4 days. It's my third wig.
