Все мои претензии только к "Новой почте" Украины, поскольку несмотря на мои неоднократные запросы на "Новой Почте" отвечали что такой посылки нет. Помогло мне только обращение на горячую линию "Новой почты" в Киев. После этого посылка быстро нашлась в том же отделении на складе. |
