Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Normally I don’t hype a product up like this but this wig truly deserves all 5 stars! When you first get the hair looks can be EXTREMELY deceiving. I was going to cry when I took it out the box. However, after a good shampoo and condition this wig works wonders!! It look so natural and beautiful. It is extremely thick for 150 density so I cut some tracks off and shortened the hair in general. All in all this hair is amazing!!

This is no fake review!!! I received my wig and it is absolutely beautiful and the curls are to die for!!!!! Literally, the shipping was fast, delivery was prompt, and the store responds very fast, superb customer service and sweet all around. They make sure you get your order, although you don't have to sign for your package. Would be a great idea though. Like I said... it took a week for me to receive my wig and still fast shipping and delivery!!! The hair is definitely described as in the stock pics, all you have to do is wash and condition and BOOM! Fyi* I used Shea Moisture products and it works so well. Here are a few pics of what I done to my wig. It's 12in but the next time I order, Im'a get 18 or 20in 180 density is perfect for me!
Don’t be alarm trust the process , the hair is very good quality! It’s a lot of hair so if you love big hair go for it !! I ordered the hair maybe Tuesday and received today Friday . Fast shipping , no foul smell, it’s curly hair but I haven’t witnessed any over the top shedding. Will buy again !

Product came within a week which was great. I was surprised that it fully black and not brown. I’m yet to condition and wash the hair to achieve volume. Will post pictures when done

The hair is really great
The item was as described (no smell) and even came with a few gifts. Contact with the store was really good. After washing the hair (minimal shedding btw!) the length became visible and the hair got softer and more natural looking. The top of the wig is hard though and doesn't get any softer after washing. I would have liked to have more bangs in front, but I guess I can cut those myself. The density of the wig is good, so I was glad I only got the 150 density. Overall I am happy with this product and with the seller.

Very nice wig. Full wig and fluid curls very pretty. Except that the black color is very dark but can be colored and that at the top of the hat is a little "cardboard" but it does not bother in any case it remains beautiful range. Otherwise nothing to complain about, except that the store is extra, very listening and available. Fast and clean delivery. I recommend it to you. My next front lace wig I will order at home. so happy with this wig! i wear it everydayyyy i’m hoping jt will last about 6months-1 year as i love it so much. i will then most likely order a new one as it looks 100% without having to be glued down or anything. also thank you for sending me the small cap makes such a difference. the density is beautiful just remember just first wash condition and blow dry this hair when you get it to achieve the full density! thanks again best afro natural looking wig on ali for sure!
After a conditioner soak, it loosensd up and looks way more natural. Not too crazy about the lace/part/scalp thingy on the top, it almost feels plasticy buttt...overall a very nice wig :)

In a week I received it and the hair is very nice and soft! Before buying I had many doubts about density but if what you are looking for is natural volume 180 density is very good and with 18 inches very good (shoulders) communication with store a 10.
The hair is magnificent, so soft and tangle free. Straight out the box your hands glide through the hair and no weird smell. When ordering I didn't realize my address was incorrect. I actually contacted the store through whats app and on ali, the response was almost immediate, and my unit was sent to the right address. The shipping was fast, less than a week Now that's great customer service! I plan to add some color to it and I will be ordering the 20 inch My boyfriend loves it...will update with pics later. The length seems a bit short for 20 inch, looks more like 18 but it doesn’t bother me at all. Definitely will order again!! :)
