Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

El collar es muy débil,las varillas son muy finas.
Das Halsband ist echt toll. Meinen Hund stört das Halsband beim laufen überhaupt nicht. Jedoch spürt er es sehr deutlich wenn er zu schnell ist beziehungsweise zieht. Ich habe das Halsband heute einen Tag im Gebrauch gehabt und musste leider feststellen dass es an einigen Stellen wie man auf dem zweiten Foto sehen kann bereits orange geworden ist. Ich hätte mir gewünscht dass die Farbe etwas besser hält und nicht direkt nach dem ersten Spaziergang abgeht. Ansonsten ist das Halsband top!
