Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Jars are lovely, but were packed badly. Ordered 12 pieces, one in transit broke down. The store for a partial refund (for 1 broken jar) agreed immediately. I recommend the product, but ask to pack more carefully.
It came quickly. Jars are good. But I did not like the fact that the inside of the lid for some reason is finished with plastic. Specially chose jars with a metal lid to exclude plastic. And then he's inside :( and it's uneven. This reduces quality.

The jars came intact. Packed well. Covers are quality. Twist tightly. They won't. The top layer of the lid which adjusts holes for sieving does not turn around. Fixed well. The quality of the jar is excellent. The walls are even.
